Return and Refund Policy
Returns:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the order confirmation or receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact Us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning your item.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping for Returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement or provide a prepaid return label.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items marked “Final Sale” or custom-engraved pieces are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective. Returned products must show no signs of wear, misuse, or modification.
