1) Shipping Policy – Viking Blade Crafts
- We offer Free Shipping across the USA, Canada & All Europe
- Most Orders are Processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that during peak periods, processing time may be slightly longer
- Once Shipped, order typically arrive within 6 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the courier service
- Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number the next day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After placing an order with Viking Blade Crafts, you'll receive an estimated delivery date during checkout. The actual delivery date depends on the chosen shipping method. Occasionally, bad weather or shipping company delays may affect delivery time.
Shipping Options
We offer both standard (ground) and expedited shipping on most orders. Simply select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Shipping Cost
We offer Free Shipping across the USA, Canada & All Europe. For Others Locations, Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. Our prices are based on exact shipping quotes from major carriers. We do not make a profit on shipping.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping within the USA Mainland.
Do You Ship to Military Bases?
Yes! We proudly ship to APO and FPO addresses to support our military personnel.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes! Every order from Viking Blade Crafts includes a tracking code, which will be emailed to you after your shipment has been processed. This allows you to monitor your order’s progress.
How Can I Check My Order Status?
You can check your order status by visiting our Order Update page. You will need your order number and email. Alternatively, you can contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number for assistance.

2) Return and Refund Policy
Returns:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the order confirmation or receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact Us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning your item.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping for Returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement or provide a prepaid return label.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items marked “Final Sale” or custom-engraved pieces are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective. Returned products must show no signs of wear, misuse, or modification.
