1) Shipping Policy 

  • We offer Free Shipping within the USA Mainland
  • Shipping takes 5 to 10 business days.
  • Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number the next day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After placing an order with Viking Blade Crafts, you'll receive an estimated delivery date during checkout. The actual delivery date depends on the chosen shipping method. Occasionally, bad weather or shipping company delays may affect delivery time.

 

Shipping Options

We offer both standard (ground) and expedited shipping on most orders. Simply select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

 

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. Our prices are based on exact shipping quotes from major carriers. We do not make a profit on shipping.

 

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping within the USA Mainland.

 

Do You Ship to Military Bases?

Yes! We proudly ship to APO and FPO addresses to support our military personnel.

 

Can I Track My Order?

Yes! Every order from Viking Blade Crafts includes a tracking code, which will be emailed to you after your shipment has been processed. This allows you to monitor your order’s progress.

 

How Can I Check My Order Status?

You can check your order status by visiting our Order Update page. You will need your order number and email. Alternatively, you can contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number for assistance.

2) Return and Refund Policy

 

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive the package to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Start the Return

To start a return, you can contact us via email at support@vikingbladecrafts.com  or via our Contact Us page. Upon your return acceptance, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Issuing Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including sale items, clearance items, custom orders, and gift card purchases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out through our Contact Us Page
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items, custom orders, or gift cards

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
